Porpcupine quill decoration is an art that is unique to North American Indians. William Orchard's study of this craft was an effort to remedy the fact that very little had been written about this unique work. The original text of this book was written in 1916 and it was reprinted in 1984. Color plates, line drawings and detailed explanation of technique.
