The Song of the Loom was published in conjunction with an exhibition organized by the Montclair Art Museum in New Jersey. It gives insight into this collection of 20th century weavings with a strong representation of sandpainting rugs/ceremonial chart weaves. With over 100 illustrations, including 83 in full color, accompanying text with full data, and brief biographies of the weavers, this book is full of history and a wonderful representation of the masterpiece weavings.
