	What if I need to return my order? At our discretion, we may choose to authorize a return for refund. For us to do so, the two following conditions must be met: a) The refund must be requested within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. b) The item must be in its original new condition. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. The credit card account used for your purchase will be credited upon the return of your merchandise in its original condition. What if my merchandise is received damaged? Contact The Indian Craft Shop immediately upon receipt. You must keep all original packing materials and box(es) with the damaged item together. We will give you further instructions when you contact us.

The appropriate DC sales tax will be charged and we will credit your shipping cost back to your method of payment. In the “comment section” of your order, let us know that you will be picking up your order and we’ll have it ready for you!
