Research on three hundred years of Navajo weaving history is presented in this book which looks at the changes in dyes, designs and types of textiles used. The Navajo have been weaving from about 1650 and through the centuries have adapted to the changes that have come about from influences of other cultures. This book, filled with photographs and illustrations, is a fascinating read for anyone who wishes to know more about these changes.
