Link Bracelet - Sterling Silver Navajo Scenes by Roland Begay (Navajo) SOLD

Roland Begay painstakingly cuts scenes of Navajo life out of sheets of sterling silver and solders them to another layer of silver to create his distinctive storyteller jewelry.  This sterling silver  link bracelet has six panels depicting a traditional Navajo hogan with a man and woman under a brush arbor, animals, a wagon, a corral, a mesa and clouds.  The lower layer of silver has been oxidized to make the design stand out.  Roland learned to make saddles and to work silver from his father, and has been making his unique jewelry since 1974.
