Price: $2,800.00
Item Number: GFP44
Dragonflies dance around flowers in this two tone cream and black bowl by award winning potter Glendora Fragua. Spirals and other designs are carved and painted in black and shades of red to add motion and excitement to this exquisite one of a kind piece.

A third generation potter, Glendora Fragua is known for her intricate designs that she carves into the highly polished surface of her handbuilt pots.  "My work is contemporary, but my methods are traditional.  We gather clay from the Pueblo and temper it with volcanic ash.  Our paints are from the earth.  The building and polishing are all done by hand," she explains. A member of the Corn Clan, she signs her pieces with a stylized corn stalk.
