Sandra Quandelacy fashioned this elegant reversible Corn Maiden with two ears of corn out of fossilized walrus ivory. The maiden is holding a baby Corn Maiden on one side. There are inlaid dots of coral, lapis, malachite and turquoise to highlight this piece, which is strung on a double strand of heishi interspersed with turquoise, lapis, ivory and coral.
