The deep red coral radiating out from the center of this stunning bracelet by Lorraine Waatsa gives the impression of a flower. On each side of the center cluster are three more rows of coral, tapering down to the two sterling silver heavy gauge wires that hold the bracelet together.
Lorraine, who is following in the footsteps of her famous mother, Alice Quam, is well known for the classic cluster style work distinguished by the robustly shaped stones arranged in flower-like concentric circles. She also adds distinctive details, such as twisted silver wire or tiny silver beads. With the high quality of the materials she uses and her impeccable work, her pieces are considered to be museum quality.
