George Willis is always coming up with something new, and this time it is a design for earrings using several layers of material separated by small beads, all hung on a distinctive silver wire. In these earrings, a slice of bone is cmplemented by a sterling silver feather and a bead of turquoise, all separated by sterling silver beads.
A working jeweler since 1964, George began to concentrate on creating jewelry inspired by his Native heritage in 1990. Since then, he has received many awards, including the Indian Arts and Crafts Association's Artist of the Year for the year 2000.
